Dear GA participant,
please find herewith information about the logistics of the General Assembly 2017 in Delhi in November:
Motion Presentation during the OWC:
There are 2 sessions of 1,5 hours each regarding World Board and Member Motions in the Main Track of the OWC. The purpose is to present the motions shortly and provide the opportunity for input to the motioner to consider as improvement of the motion.
Session 1. on Thursday, November 09, at 3.00 - 4.20 pm. Session # 3.B.
Session 2. on Friday, November 10, at 3.00 - 4.20 pm. Session # 8.B
At the Motion Bazaar each motioner has a station to present and discuss the motions with the idea to clarify questions related to the motion but also collect input for improving the motion text.
The Motion Bazaar starts right after OWC at the OWC venue on November 11 at 3.00 pm. (Probably Hall of Farmers Track, the halls should soon get a name after an organic pioneer - tbc.)
Please use these two opportunities to discuss the GA motions since the amount and diversity of motions is high and the time to discuss during the GA plenary session very short.
There are no more rooms available provided by us at the VYK. Find out about accommodation nearby the GA location.
