Field Notebook for PGS Organic Practitioners- In Spanish
This practical handbook, aimed at organic producers and producers who have started the organic/ecological conversion working in value chains in mountain agroecosystems, aims to provide a support tool for the recording of important information for the verification of organic quality, for example, by Participatory Guarantee Systems (PGS).
It was developed by IFOAM - Organics International and the Mountain Partnership Secretariat of the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations (FAO), and is currently available only in Spanish.
Este cuaderno práctico, dirigido a productoras y productores orgánicos y que han entrado en transición orgánica/ecológica, trabajando en cadenas de valor en agroecosistemas de montaña, tiene el objetivo de brindar una herramienta de apoyo para el registro de información importante para la verificación de la calidad orgánica, por ejemplo, por Sistemas Participativos de Garantía (SPGs).
