The 2021 General Assembly will be held virtually on September 13–14. Below, we guide you through the next steps and explain how you can register to vote. Please note: you must register to vote by August 31, 2021!
While you must register to be able to cast your vote(s), you do not need to register to participate in the virtual GA. You’ll find the Zoom link to the virtual GA in your Member Area once available.
Get Ready for the Virtual GA
Make sure that your organisation has paid its 2021 membership fee. If not, you can settle your payment directly in the Member Area.
Appoint the person who will vote on behalf of your organisation. This person can belong to your organisation or be external!
- If your voter is from your organisation or attends as a guest: simply appoint them as your designated voter in the Member Area.
- If you appoint a voter from another member organisation to vote on your organisation’s behalf: find your voting registration code in your Member Area and forward the code to them. They can then use this code to register to vote in their own member area.
How can I register to vote?
Head to the Member Area to register to vote by August 31, 2021.
PLEASE NOTE: after this date, we will not be able to accept any registrations! A confirmation message will appear in your Member Area once you’ve successfully completed your registration to vote.
