From July 9, you will be able to register to vote in your Member Area. You must register to vote by August 31, 2021! Further information on registering to vote is available here.

How Can you Prepare for the General Assembly?
This is your checklist to get ready for the 2021 General Assembly:

July: On July 9 you will receive your voting registration code by email. It will also be displayed in your Member Area. Use the code to register on the voting platform. Further information is available here.
August: Participate in the 5 sessions to prepare for the GA and suggest amendments to the motions as you would in a Motion Bazaar. All of these sessions will be recorded and published on the GA page of our website.
September: Participate in the decision-making and voting of the GA Plenary Zoom Sessions
- Plenary Day 1: September 13 – 14.00 - 18:00 CEST / 5:00 – 9:00 PDT / 24:00 – 4:00 FJT
- Plenary Day 2: September 14 – 14.00 - 18:20 CEST / 5:00 – 9:20 PDT / 24:00 – 4:20 FJT
Make sure the payment of your Membership Fee 2021 is settled by August 13.

Your voting code will enable your organization to register to vote during the General Assembly plenary sessions on September 13 & 14.
Your voting registration code will be displayed in your Member Area from July 9.

We have organised 5 GA Preparatory & Motion Exchange Sessions, and your participation will be very much valued.
During these sessions we will report, discuss and exchange. Two sessions are dedicated to the motions and this will be your only opportunity to debate them and suggest amendments.
These sessions will be held on Zoom on August 23-26. Make sure to check your email for more detailed information ahead of time!
