Between January and March, the Himalayan Agroecology Initiative convened a series of state-level consultations in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Nagaland and Meghalaya.

On 13 February, during the final day of BIOFACH 2026, the Agroecology Promotion Programme (APP) convened its fourth Programme Steering Committee (PSC) meeting.

Nepal reached an important milestone in its journey toward sustainable and resilient food systems. The National Agroecology Roadmap of Nepal was formally handed over to the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development (MoALD) in Kathmandu, in the presence of Hon. Minister Dr. Madan Prasad Pariyar and MoALD Secretary Dr. Rajendra Prasad Mishra.
